Menu for 6/27/2021

Introducing the Quattro & Mo’ pizza with four cheeses: Maplebrook fresh mozzarella from Vermont, Crooked Face ricotta from Maine, and Alta Badia and Parmigiano-Reggiano from Italy. But we couldn’t stop so there’s a little mo’, we finish this pie with some locally grown lemon basil micro greens and EVOO.

Menu for 6/20/2021

This week a new pizza that has been in development for quite awhile is on the menu! Pollo Rosa comes with fresh mozzarella, taleggio, pulled chicken in a pink sauce, and gets a finish of parsley, shaved parmigiano-reggiano and EVOO.

A vegetarian pie is also added to the menu, our Funghi pie comes with fresh mozzarella, ricotta, sautéed mushrooms, garlic, thyme and EVOO.

Menu for 6/13/2021

We are introducing a new pizza this week with uncured organic Canadian Bacon, Mountain Gorgonzola, and sweet onions. Also back on the menu is The New World 🇺🇸 with chili lime sweet corn, fire-roasted cherry tomatoes, green peppers, and a drizzle of sunflower oil.

Since we were not able to open last Sunday due to the weather, we are keeping the same menu for this week, including our ‘Spring Allium’ pizza featuring scallions from Tarbox Farm. Stay tuned for two brand new pies next week, the Lupa and Brick’s !
